"Scottie" was Best Exhibit In Show Jack Russell Terrier Club of Victoria Championship Show July 2001.

He has won many Age in Group awards and has progeny that are already winning in Group & In Show awards. His latest hopeful is Beaconway Red Devil the pup found on the puppy page.

"Scottie" travelled to Sweden late July 2003, for stud and show and to hopefully add his qualities to the growing Jack Russell Terrier lines in that country. His last litter in this country was born August 21st.

He is being shown in Scandanavia and obtained his Swedish title in the first two months, and the others titles were quick to follow !

At the International Stockholm Show in December he went BOS, Nordic winner -03, CACIB

Critique...."Excellent champion, beautiful head, excellent neck and shoulder, good topline, sufficient angulations behind, well balanced, good coat, moves freely. "

STOP PRESS:   At the Swedish Jack Russell Terrier Breed Show on September 18, 2004 Scottie and Blaise and their progeny cleaned up!!

Scottie's son Brösing's WYSIGWYG (what you see is what you get) was Best Male Puppy 4-6 month.   Elin (his sister) was Best Bitch Puppy 4-6.
In the Best in Show (puppies have their own show in Sweden) they had to compete with the two puppies from 6-9 months. Elin was BIS and WYSIGWYG BIS-2!

In the main show Sigge was Best Junior Male, Ica was Best Junior Bitch, Sigge was BIS-junior.   Blaise was second Best Champion Bitch and BIS-Progeny class and Scottie was Best Champion and Best Male and Best in Show!

As a young show dog "Brodie" continued the Beaconway tradition with many Age in Group & Show awards she has had two litters and has successful progeny in the ring. Her daughter Beaconway Hot To Trot will leave for Sweden later this year.

Brodie was mated to our Scotch N Coke and had her pups, 3 males and 3 females, 21st August 2003. (See Puppies Page).

After a very successful show career "Bobbie" retired from the ring and has produced 4 very beautiful litters. She whelped her last litter on 17/04/2003 and will now become the Matriarch of Beaconway and retire to the couch and television. "Bobbie's" final litter was to Ch Hocuspocus Percival, a repeat of the successful formula that has produced Ch Beaconway Connor, Ch Beaconway Scotch N Coke & Brandy N Dry. We have retained a male puppy from this mating.

"Blaise" has won several age in group awards. She has accompanied Scottie to Sweden in 2003 to be with Ingred Olson who has Soft Coated Wheaten and Kerry Blue Terriers (and now also Jacks!) and on her arrival whelped a healthy litter of 4 puppies.

At the International Show in Sweden in December 2003 Blaise was awarded 4 best bitch, and CK ( champion quality)
Her critque was...."Good size, feminine head with very good ears, a little stiff in shoulder, well developed body, good topline, good angulations behind, excellent coat, wish a little more efficient movements."
